Liability

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from this website is of satisfactory quality and  fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

 

If You are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us with 28 days for an exchange or store credit.

If they are faulty, return the goods to us together with the original packaging within 28 days for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Items made  to order are not refundable unless found to be faulty. This does not affect Your statutory rights.

 Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Faulty Goods

If You are not satisfied with Your purchase because they are faulty, return the goods to Us together with the original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or a refund of the item price. This does not affect Your statutory rights.

Order Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Google Checkout payments.

At this time orders may only be sent to the card/account holders registered address. Under no circumstances will any order be sent to an alternative address.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
